(CEGT) Voluntary Consent
Pursuant to Section 358.7(c) of FERC Order 717, Standards of Conduct for Transmission Providers, the following customers of CenterPoint Energy Gas Transmission Company (CEGT) have voluntarily consented, in writing, to allow CEGT to disclose certain information to CenterPoint Energy Services, Inc. and CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp., affiliates of CEGT that employ or retain Marketing Function Employees. CEGT did not provide any preferences, either operational or rate related to the identified customers in exchange for such voluntary consent.
